I forgot my parent account password.

If you’ve forgotten your parent account password, you can reset it via the parental controls login window. At the bottom of the login window you’ll find a Forgot password? link. Click this link, then submit your email address. You will receive an email from KidZui, and in that email you’ll find a link to click which will allow you to set a new password for your parent account.
