Do I have to purchase a KidZui Plus membership for each of my kids?
Absolutely not! A single KidZui membership is good for your entire household, no matter how many kids you have. The KidZui browser can be installed on as many computers as you’d like.
If you have created your children’s Zui accounts using different email addresses, you will want to make sure that all of your kid’s accounts are moved to a single email address. Your KidZui Plus membership is associated with your email address, so any kids registered to an email address other than the one used when signing up for KidZui Plus will not be recognized as members. Please contact us for assistance with merging your Zui accounts under a single email address.
