How do I delete my child's account?

To delete your child’s KidZui account, begin by logging in to your parent website using your email address and parent password. Once logged in, locate the account that you’d like to delete from the list on the left and click on it. The account profile will appear; locate the Delete Kid link and click it. You’ll be asked to confirm your choice; click the OK button to remove the kid account from your parent account.

To close your KidZui account completely, please contact us with your request and we would be happy to remove your parent account for you.
