Approving KidZui in Norton/Symantec products

Symantec offers a number of Norton-based security solutions. We have included instructions to help you configure your Norton software to allow KidZui to access the internet.

Creating an exception for KidZui in Norton 360

1. Start Norton 360.
   
2. Go to Firewall Protection.
   
3. Click Settings.
   
4. Click Firewall Protection.
   
5. In the (Firewall) Program Rules tab, locate KidZui the Program column.
   
6. Select Allow.

Creating an exception for KidZui in Norton Internet Security

1. Start Norton Internet Security.
   
2. In the main pane, click the Norton Internet Security tab.
   
3. Click Settings.
   
4. Under Web Browsing, click Personal Firewall.
   
5. Click Configure.
   
6. In the left side of the Norton Internet Security window, click Personal Firewall.
   
7. Click Program Control.
   
8. Select KidZui in the Program column.
   
9. Change the access from Block to Custom or Allow.
   
10. Click OK.
