My desktop icons disappeared after I used KidZui

If KidZui is closed unexpectedly (if the browser crashes or your computer is powered off, for example), this can result in your desktop icons and taskbar disappearing. To resolve this issue, please open KidZui and close the browser normally. This will normally restore your desktop, but if you continue to have trouble, please follow the steps below.

1. Open your Windows/Start menu (if your task bar is not visible, the Windows key on your keyboard should allow you to bring up the menu).
   
2. Select All Programs, then the KidZui folder, then click the Uninstall icon.
   
3. Follow the instructions on your screen to remove KidZui.
   
4. Visit www.kidzui.com/download to download and install KidZui again.
   
5. Once KidZui has been installed, it should load automatically. Exit KidZui, and your desktop should be restored.

In the event that you are still experiencing issues with your computer’s desktop, please restart your computer. While your computer is starting, press the F8 key before the Windows logo appears and select the Start Windows in Safe Mode option. Once Windows starts, remove KidZui from your computer, then restart your computer again. Once Windows loads normally, your desktop should be restored.
