I have not received an activation email. What do I do?
Occasionally, our activation emails are mistaken as spam, so if your activation email has not arrived, please check your spam, bulk or junk folder. You may also wish to add activate@kidzui.com to your contact list in order to prevent our activation emails from being treated as spam.
If your activation email was not discarded as spam, please contact us and we would be happy to send a new activation email to you.
