Forgotten kid passwords

If your child has forgotten his or her Zui password, please follow the steps below to reset it.

1. Please go to www.kidzui.com/parent_admin/kids. If you are not currently logged into your parent account, you will be asked to log in with your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten the login information for your parent account, please click here to learn how to reset your parent password.
2. You will see a list of your children’s Zuis. Click the Edit link next to the Zui whose password you’d like to change.
3. You will be taken to the account details page for your child’s Zui. Locate and click the Change Password link. Two password fields will appear; enter a new password in both of these fields, and then scroll down and click the Update button to save your changes.

Your child should now be able to log into his or her Zui account using the new password.
