I wish to stop receiving emails from KidZui. How do I go about doing so?

Your parent account gives you control over the emails that you receive from KidZui. To control which emails you receive and how often you receive them, please log in to your parent account using your parent email address and password, then click on the My Account button in the upper-right corner. Here, you will find three sections that control emails from KidZui:

Email Report Frequency: This section controls how often you receive reports on your child’s activity within KidZui. If you choose to receive these reports, you can set them for daily, weekly or monthly delivery.

Kid Connect Email Frequency: This section controls how often you receive emails notifying you of content your child has shared with you. If you choose to receive these emails, you have the option to receive them daily, weekly, monthly or each time your child shares content.

Special Offer Emails: From time to time, we send out promotional emails or special offers. If you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you can disable them in this section.

To change delivery options for any of these types of emails, click their corresponding Change link, then select your option from the drop-down menu that appears and click the Update button to save your changes.
