How do I correct the time that is shown on my child's activity reports?

The time that appears on your children’s activity reports is determined by the time zone selected in your account profile. To adjust this time zone, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your parent account and click on the My Account button in the upper-right corner.
  2. Locate the Timezone section and click the corresponding Change link.
  3. Select your time zone from the drop-down menu, then click Update to save your changes.

The time displayed on your activity reports should now reflect your chosen time zone.
