My KidZui Plus membership benefits are missing. Where are they?

If you have signed up for KidZui Plus but do not appear to be receiving your membership benefits, please restart the KidZui browser. Once KidZui restarts, the browser should recognize your membership status.

Also, please note that your KidZui Plus membership is identified by your parent email address. Therefore, if you have created your children’s Zuis using more than one email address, only the Zuis registered to the email address used when signing up for KidZui Plus will be recognized as members. If you have accounts spread over multiple email addresses, we would be happy to merge your accounts for you.

Not all locked items (Zui items, backgrounds and tags) will be unlocked immediately after purchasing your KidZui membership. Many of these items are locked until your child's Zui achieves certain levels. Your kids can reach higher Zui levels by exploring and tagging new websites, pictures and videos within KidZui.
