No volume during video playback

Hello,
I cannot hear the volume when I play a video. When I listen to
iTunes or watch a YouTube video I have volume, but noy on your
site. It's a real head-scratcher. Any suggestions?

Hello Karalynn,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the sound in KidZui. Please ensure that the volume is not muted and turned up by opening KidZui and looking at the volume controls on the bottom right. Here you will see a speaker icon and a volume slider. Please make sure that there is not a red line across the speaker icon and that the volume slider is moved to the right. If there is a line or the slider is on the left then please adjust this and try to hear something in KidZui again. If KidZui is not muted and volume is up please make sure that your computer's volume is not muted and that it is turned up to an acceptable level. You should be able to access your computer's volume controls by clicking on the volume icon located on the bottom right of your screen near the clock.
If your computer's volume is up please ensure it is functioning by opening your web browser and going to http://instantrimshot.com. Once here please click the red button in the center of the screen. You should hear the classic drum rim shot. If you do not then you may want to ensure that your speakers are on and hooked up properly.
