My parent account lets me add non-kidzui accounts that I have approved but they don't appear on my child's kidzui account. Please explain.

Hi Cheryl,
Could you please explain what you mean by "non-kidzui" accounts?
We are happy to help but are unclear as what exactly you mean.
Thanks,
Sean D.

What I mean are websites that are not recognized by Kidzui, i.e. www.ggg.com

Thank you for clarifying. If you are approving a website but your children cannot access it in KidZui please make sure of a few things. Please make sure that you are approving it for the correct child by selecting them from the menu on the right of the personalize page. Please also make sure that you have viewed the website in your normal internet browser and noted any sub domains it redirects to. Many sites have sub domains that are used after the homepage and these will need to be approved for your kids to access it in KidZui.
For your reference, I have included instructions to add websites to KidZui below.
To add or approve a website that is not available in Kidzui, please go to www.kidzui.com and click on the "Login" link in the upper-right corner. Next, login to the parent website with your email address and parent password and click on Personalize at the top of the page. Once this loads please select the Zui which you'd like to approve the site for by clicking their name on the right hand side. In the box under Enter a Web Address please enter the exact URL that you would like to add and press the green Approve button. (Please note: the URL typically must include www. at the beginning and .com/.org/.net etc. at the end.) The URL will appear below under the Website column. In the Access column, it will say Approved; your child should now be able to access the website through KidZui.

Thanks for your response. I have already tried your instruction and when my
child logs on the website still won't come up under Kidzui. Is there some
type of glitch. My operating system is windows vista - home edition.

Hi Cheryl,
You'll need to approve www.girlsgogames.com, not www.ggg.com. Please do so and the site should work just fine.
If you have anymore trouble please let me know.
Thanks,
Sean D.
