hi there after installing kidzui, it said i needed a newer pluggin, which i believe i downloaded, now it says cannot connect to the internet when i press the icon, and i defiantly have internet connection ...what can i do?

   Hi Candice,

   If you're using any sort of security software on your computer, such as a firewall, anti-virus program or internet suite, this software may prevent KidZui from connecting to the internet. The easiest way to test this is to temporarily disable your security software, then try opening KidZui again. If KidZui can connect, you can determine that your security software is blocking KidZui, in which case you'll want to explore the options for your security software. You'll want to look for a section that will allow you to manage programs. Add KidZui to tihs section and grant it unrestricted internet access, and you should be able to connect to KidZui while your security software is running.

   If you continue to have trouble opening KidZui, please let us know.
