Unable to find kids profiles
Hi...I had our computer cleaned out and re-install by a computer co. Therefore I lost games and websites etc that I had before. Have downloaded Kidzui again but don't know how to get my kids logins back, there profiles. Also when I downloaded Kidzui the home page isn't there, it's completely different. My kids and I love this so we really want it back...please help. Monique

Hi Monique,
It sounds like you've downloaded the new KidZui! We've decided to take things back to basics with KidZui and make the web browsing experience even more fun and easy. One of the biggest changes we've made to KidZui is the elimination of the login process, so children can simply jump in and begin exploring. If you'd prefer to use the classic version of KidZui instead of our new version, don't worry - that version is still available. To install it, first you'll need to remove the new KidZui by clicking on your Start/Windows button, then pointing to All Programs, then the KidZui folder, and finally, selecting the uninstall icon. Once you've removed KidZui, click here to download and install the classic version of KidZui. You should then be able to access your children's KidZui accounts.
