Error keeps coming up that flash player 9 or above needs installed. I tried installing and it does not work

   Hi Chris,

   I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble loading KidZui. Flash can be rather picky about how it is installed; the version of KidZui that you're using will dictate which web browser Flash needs to be installed with. If you're using:

   KidZui for Windows: Flash must be installed using Internet Explorer KidZui for Mac: Flash must be installed using Safari KidZui add-on for Firefox: Flash must be installed using Mozilla Firefox

   To re-install Flash, first you will want to download and run Adobe's Flash Removal Tool, which will completely remove the Flash plug-in from your computer. You can download the tool at http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html. Once you've run the tool and removed Flash, please visit www.adobe.com using the correct browser listed above and click on the Get Adobe Flash Player button to re-install Flash. After re-installing Flash, you should be able to load KidZui without the Flash error returning.
