    Hi Kandra,

Sorry for the second email; I had responded to your previous message before I saw this one. If you're still having trouble opening KidZui, you may want to try our brand new version of KidZui to see if you have similar issues opening this version. You can download the new KidZui by clicking here. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with KidZui.

    Thanks,

    Hi Kandra,

Can you share some information about your computer with us so that we can try and troubleshoot your issue?

    1. What operating system is on your computer (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OS-X), and what version is it?
    2. What web browser do you use, and what version is it?
    3. What version of Adobe Flash do you have installed? You can find this by visiting the following address: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html

    Thanks,

    Dustin

    Hi Kandra,

Where is the icon that you launch KidZui from located? If the icon is in your Firefox browser, you will actually need to re-install Flash using Firefox rather than IE. If your KidZui icon is on your desktop, the only thing I can think of trying is to completely remove both KidZui and Flash once more and try re-installing from scratch. If you do so, it's important to use the Flash Removal Tool available on Adobe's site. While you can remove Flash from your computer's Control Panel, it won't completely remove the plug-in, which is why Adobe provides the tool.

Sorry for the difficult time you've had getting KidZui working on your computer!
