Hi Kandra,
Flash can be kind of picky about how it is installed, so if you are still receiving a Flash error, I recommend completely removing Flash from your computer before re-installing it. To remove Flash, please visit http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and locate the removal tool for your computer. Download the tool and run it to remove Flash. Once Flash has been removed, please visit www.adobe.com and click the Get Adobe Flash Player button to re-install Flash. Please note that depending on the version of KidZui that you're using, you will need to install Flash using a specific web browser. If you're using:
KidZui for Windows: Flash must be installed using Internet Explorer KidZui for Mac: Flash must be installed using Safari KidZui add-on for Firefox: Flash must be installed using Mozilla Firefox
Please let us know if you continue having trouble logging into KidZui.
Thanks,
Dustin
