Adobe Flash
I use Mozilla and am unable to get this to work even after installing flash with IE. This has become to much of problem. In today's computer world, your software has to be able to work with other browsers!!!

Hi Chris,
I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving a Flash error. I'm afraid the error stems from the way the Flash plug-in installs in different web browsers, so there's not much we can do to work around this issue other than providing suggestions on how to remove and re-install the add-on so that KidZui can detect it. Using Adobe's Flash Removal Tool to remove Flash before re-installing it via Internet Explorer should fix the error you're receiving from KidZui. To download the Flash Removal Tool, please visit http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and download the tool for Windows. Please run the tool to completely remove the Flash plug-in from your computer, then visit www.adobe.com using your Internet Explorer browser. Click on the Get Adobe Flash Player button to re-install Flash, and once complete, KidZui should be able to detect Adobe Flash.
If you continue to have trouble opening KidZui, please let us know.
Thanks,
Dustin
