URL bar not working in stand-alone Mac version

First I tried Kidzui as a Firefox plug-in and liked it. But since I can't launch Firefox into Kidzui on the Mac I downloaded the standalone version. Immediately noticed that I can't type properly in the URL bar. For example, if you type "www." and try to type the next word, the URL bar clears and you get the first few characters of the next word. It looks like the search function is interrupting the input to me. This is not happening with the Firefox plug-in.
Mac 10.6.4 on Intel
Flash plug-in 10.1.82.76

Hi Brian,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the URL bar in KidZui. We are aware of the issue and are working to release a fix for it soon. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to give our brand new version of KidZui a try. This version is much simpler in both appearance and ease-of-use, so you'll notice some big changes with it - the most noticable is that the browser no longer requires an account or login process. The URL bar bug is not present in this version, so you shouldn't have any trouble typing web addresses and searches. If you'd ilke to give the new KidZui a try, you can download it by clicking here.
