Problems with searching the web

We went into the kidzui site, was real impress with what we saw, moved around the web page, unable to get into the search bar to view various web pages, however some did come up that we were able to view. For example, typed in baseball, several small pictures would show up on the main screen, however when you selected one to view, it would not come up...then if we selected the video section, we were able to watch the video with no problems. I thought the problem was we weren't members, so i paid for a membership, still having same issues as before.... I did go into and gave permission to view various sites, in which we are allowed to pull up those websites, such as facebook. No problems, but unable to look at other sites and or look in search categories....Help.

Hi Michiel,
If you are using the Windows version of KidZui, a feature within Internet Explorer called Content Advisor can sometimes cause web pages to fail to load. You can check to see if this feature is turned on and disable it by opening Internet Explorer, then clicking on the Tools button and selecting Internet Options. Once the Internet Options window opens, click on the Content tab and locate the section for Content Advisor. If you see a "Disable" button under this heading, click on it to disable Content Advisor, then try to open KidZui again and see if you can search for something and load a web page.
If you continue having trouble loading web pages in KidZui, please let us know. Any additional information you can provide about your computer, such as the operating system you're running, the version number of the web browser you use, and your version of Adobe Flash player (you can find this here will be helpful.
