How do I set up my son's Kidzui email account? I have already followed the instructions for allowing him to send and receive email to his Gmail account. I sent a test message there and tried to check for it in Kidzui but keep getting the "Sorry, no mail in your mailbox" message when I click on the email icon at the bottom of his Kidzui home screen.

Hi Chris,
Sorry for the confusion regarding KidZui's Inbox. KidZui does not feature any sort of email functionality built into the browser (although you are able to approve access to web-based email sites such as Gmail, which it sounds like you've done). The KidZui Inbox is used for kids to send webpages, videos and pictures back and forth to their friends, but does not support the ability to send text messages/emails. To check his email, your son will need to visit Gmail's website by typing www.gmail.com into the search/address bar at the top of KidZui.
