    Hi Carla,

Which login are you referring to - the kid's login or the parental controls login?

If you are using any additional add-ons with Firefox, these add-ons may interfere with KidZui. You can try disabling any other add-ons by opening Firefox, then clicking the Tools menu and selecting Add-ons. Click any add-on in the list, then click the disable button to disable it. If you disable any add-ons, try loading KidZui again to see if you can log in.

If you continue having trouble logging into the Firefox version, you may want to try our stand-alone version of KidZui. You can download either of these versions by visiting our download page. Once there, scroll down and select either the Windows or Mac version from the "KidZui is also available for..." box on the right, then scroll up and click the green Download button.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to let us know.

    Thanks,

    Dustin

    Dustin,

I'm talking about the Kids login. The master password is as far as I
know default functionality of Firefox and can be enabled in the Tools -
    Options - Security Tab.

    Greets,
    Carla.

    Hi Carla,

My apologies, I thought you were referring to one of your KidZui passwords rather than the master Firefox one. We have tested KidZui with the Firefox password enabled, and the browser does not give us any trouble when it comes to logging in with the master password turned on. Have you tried disabling the master password function to see if you are able to log into KidZui with it turned off? If not, you may want to check and make sure that you are not using any additional Firefox add-ons in conjunction with KidZui, as we have experienced trouble with the browser when certain add-ons are enabled.

Let me know if you're able to log in with the master password turned off, and we can continue troubleshooting from there.

    Thanks!

    Dustin,

When I disabled the Master Password, the kids login worked. When the
Master Password it pops up with the question for the master password it
completely blocks (not selectable anymore) and also the KidZui blocks
    completely.

Are you planning to make any translations? I could help translating to
    Dutch.

    Greets,
    Carla.

    Hi again Carla,

I've continued to experiment with the master password in order to see if I can replicate your issue, but so far I haven't had any trouble entering the password in order to use KidZui. Do you know which version of Firefox you're using? Also, what operating system are you using - Windows, Mac OS-X or Linux?

At this time, we do not have any plans to translate KidZui into other languages. It is definitely something we may consider in the future, but for the time being it's not a project we're looking to undertake in the near future. We do appreciate your offer to assist with Dutch translation, though, and should we decide to create international versions of KidZui, we'd be happy to speak with you about helping us translate the browser.

    Thanks for your help,
