When I start to play games, or music, I hear a sound and then blank white screen...nothing happens. I know you had this happen previously but it was fixed.

    Hello,

Blank pages in KidZui can be caused by a couple of different things, depending on the version of KidZui that you are using. I'd be happy to help you out.

If you are using the KidZui add-on for Firefox, any additional add-ons being used by Firefox may interfere with KidZui. We recommend disabling these add-ons in order to use the KidZui browser. To do so, please open Firefox, then click on the Tools menu and select add-ons. Once the add-ons window opens, click any of the add-ons that are installed and disable them.

If you are using KidZui in Windows, a component of Internet Explorer called Content Advisor can prevent KidZui's content from loading. You can verify that this feature is enabled by opening Internet Explorer, then clicking on the Tools menu and selecting Internet Options. Once the Internet Options window opens, click on the Content tab and locate the "Content Advisor" section. If you see a "Disable" button, Content Advisor is enabled. Click the disable button, and this should fix the white screen.

If the date on your computer's calendar has been changed and is no longer current, this can also affect KidZui's ability to load content. You can check your computer's date by clicking on the clock in the lower-right corner of the screen to bring up the calendar. If the date is not current, please make the necessary corrections, then close the calendar and load KidZui.

Finally, if none of the above suggestions have resolved the loading issue, I'd recommend removing Adobe Flash and re-installing it. You can remove Flash by visiting http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and locating the Flash Removal Tool for your system. Download and run the tool to remove Flash, then visit [www.adobe.com] and click on the Get Adobe Flash Player button to re-install Flash. Please note that depending on the version of KidZui you're using, Flash must be installed using a specific web browser. If you're using:

KidZui for Windows: Flash must be installed via Internet Explorer KidZui for Mac: Flash must be installed via Safari KidZui add-on for Firefox: Flash must be installed via Mozilla Firefox

If you continue to have trouble loading content in KidZui, please let us know.

    Have a great day,

    Dustin
