Accidentally clicked on your link from my comcast homepage and now can't get off your site. Help

   Hi Todd,

   If you are having trouble exiting the KidZui browser, it sounds like you have enabled KidZui's locked mode, which requires you to enter a password in order to exit. You will have to have created a password for your parent account before you can enable this feature. To exit KidZui, click on the red "X" button in the lower-right corner of the browser. If you are currently logged into your child's account, this will return you to the welcome screen. Click the red "X" button again, and a message box will appear, asking you to enter your parent account password. Enter the password, and you will be able to exit KidZui.

   If you are still having trouble closing the browser, please let us know and we'd be happy to continue assisting you.
