Hi!

I have installed KidZui as an add-on to Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8 but when I click on the K I get a message about Adobe Flash later than 8 is needed. I have Adobe Flash 10.1 installed. What?

Best regard,

Johan Håkans

    Hi Johan,

I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving a Flash error. If Flash has ever been installed via a browser other than Firefox, this can cause KidZui to fail to detect it. Completely removing the Flash plug-in and re-installing it via Firefox should resolve the issue.

To remove Flash, please visit http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and locate the correct Flash Removal Tool for your system. Download and run the tool to remove Flash. Once Flash has been removed, please visit www.adobe.com and click on the Get Adobe Flash Player button to re-install Flash. You should now be able to use KidZui without receiving the Flash error message.

Please note that if you switch to a different version of KidZui, you may encounter the error again. To use KidZui for Windows, Flash will need to be installed via Internet Explorer. If you use KidZui for Mac, you'll need to install Flash via Safari.

If you continue to have trouble loading KidZui, please let us know!

    Have a great weekend,

    Dustin
