I have downloaded kidzui to our new computer, it was working with the avatar but now there is no place where the avatar is visible, my son wanted to change the look of his avatar and it is no longer on the page. I don't understand what has happened i have unistalled it and reinstalled but still seem to be stuck with just a browser page, there is no spot for my kids to log into their accounts which we have had for 21/2 years now?? HELP.....

Hello,
It sounds like you have downloaded our brand new version of KidZui. We have been working to make KidZui even easier for kids to use, and one of the major changes we have made is to remove the Zui account system. Your son's KidZui account does still exist, though, and if you'd like to go back to the classic version of KidZui, you can download that version by clicking here. Please note that you will need to remove the new KidZui from your computer before download the classic version.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I thought that it was something like that, but he is so disappointed that the avatar is gone that he walked away from it today when i told him that i thought you all changed things and there is no avatar anymore, so i just had to make sure. thank you again!
