after log-in nothing loads

I have downloaded the program, log in and then wait for my daughters page to load. It never loads and stays thinking for hours. I can't figure out what the problem is.

   Leanne,
   This sounds like it could be a problem with not having the Flash Player installed or not having the most up to date version. Please try the following:

   1. Uninstall the Flash player by visiting the following url: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157. Follow the instructions for your system.
      
   2. Once the Flash Uninstaller has finished, visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Follow the instructions to Install the Flash Player.
      
   3. Once the Flash Player is installed, open KidZui again by clicking on the "K" icon. You should be able to access KidZui without any errors.
