adding website
I have added Moshimonsters.com to my daughters Kidzui account as an approved site for her but still will not let us access it ??

Hi Linda,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing MoshiMonsters within KidZui. MoshiMonsters is a site that we have approved for KidZui, so there should be no need to approve it in order to give your daughters access to the site. Can you please describe what happens when you try to access the site and where you're getting stuck? Are you able to access the site outside of KidZui? Lastly, can you provide the version of KidZui that you're using? You can find this information by clicking on the Help button on the KidZui login screen.

Hi Dustin,
The problem we are having is that when new sign in through Internet Explorer everything works find and we can use the site. But when we try and login in using Kidzui we can get to the login page but when we enter the user name and password nothing happens. The login screen just reloads with the login and password area blank again?

Hi Linda,
I was able to test the moshimonsters login again over here in our office, and I'm able to log in through KidZui. It's possible that you may be using an older version of KidZui, so installing the latest version may fix the issue you're experiencing. We are getting ready to release a KidZui update that fixes an issue with Adobe Flash that has been causing the browser to crash, so I recommend waiting until we release that version. Pending any issues we discover during testing, it should be available this afternoon. You'll be able to download it from the following link: http://www.kidzui.com/download/installer
If you continue to have trouble logging into Moshi with the latest version of KidZui, please let us know!
