Recently we had to reinstall KidZui and now we can't seem log the kids on to there existing accounts. Any suggestions?

   when icon is hit a games page displays where is the page where the kids pick there character to start playing

   Hi Christa and Lisa,

   If KidZui is opening without giving you the option to log in, this is because you're using the brand new KidZui! We have re-designed KidZui to make the web browsing experience even more fun and simple, and one of the biggest changes you'll notice is the removal of the login screen.

   We hope that you and your families enjoy the new KidZui, and we would love to hear your thoughts on it! If you'd like to continue using the classic version of KidZui, you can download it by clicking here. Please note that you will need to remove KidZui from your computer before you re-install, which you can do by clicking your Start/Windows button, then point to All Programs, then the KidZui folder, and then selecting Uninstall.

   Christa, if you are trying to log into the classic version of KidZui and are unable to do so, I recommend resetting your child's Zui password. You can learn how to do so by clicking here.
