Do you have comcast? I was trying to get my free 60-day trial and did not receive my activation e-mail either. I had to use my aol account and now i have just the basic version.

Hello Sue,
According to our records you didn't complete the Zui creation process and this is the reason you have not received an activation email.
Please open the KidZui browser and click on the Create New Zui button located along the bottom of the browser. Please follow these steps, making sure to use ***@comcast.net as the parent email. Once you complete this process you'll receive an activation email and then your kids will be able to log in to KidZui.
