This is a new error.
Windows 7 Starter, patched to current level
Using kids account which is a user-level account with parental controls enabled
Comodo Antivirus, KidZui set to a trusted publisher. Also, disabled Comodo, but had the same issue
Disabled all antivirus and f/w, still have the same issue.
Uninstalled then reinstalled, but still have same issue.
Did a reboot, no change.

Specific error:

  1. Double-click on kidzui app
  2. Dialog box appears: "CoCreateInstance Failed"
  3. Application error dialog box

Please try uninstalling KidZui and reinstalling it through the admin account instead of the kid account with admin enabled. Please also try reinstalling flash. You can go here for instructions to do so.

Please let us know if you need more help.

    Thank you,

    Sean
