SCREEN REFRESH PROBLEM
The screens are not clearing/refreshing for the next screen to be visible. The mail won't clear & stays visible, the edit Zui appears under the main menu screen. There are several reports of this in the support section. I have uninstalled flash, reinstalled flash with no effect. Can you please get this fixed??? It is VERY frustrating!!!! Thanks

Hello,
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling KidZui. "The steps required to remove KidZui will vary depending on what version of KidZui you're using. Please locate your version and follow the corresponding steps below.
KidZui for Windows:
1. Click on your Start/Windows button.
2. Select All Programs.
3. Point to the KidZui folder.
4. Click on the Uninstall icon and follow the instructions on your screen.
KidZui for Mac:
1. Drag the KidZui icon to the trash.
2. Open your Finder.
3. Click on Users.
4. Select your user profile.
5. Select Library.
6. Select Preferences.
7. Locate any files that begin with ""com.kidzui"" and drag these files to the trash.
8. Empty your trash to remove KidZui.
KidZui Add-on for Firefox:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the Tools menu and select Add-Ons.
3. Click on the Extensions button.
4. Locate and click on KidZui in the list of Add-Ons.
5. Click on the Uninstall icon to remove KidZui."
Once you have uninstalled KidZui, please make sure that you reinstall it through a computer user account that has administrator privileges. You can download KidZui directly from www.kidzui.com.download and you kids can use their existing login credentials to access it.
Please also make sure that your display settings or Windows Appearance settings are set to allow for automatic changes or for Windows to decide what is best.

I followed all the steps for Mac & it did not work. I still see active windows behind the top window. Any more ideas?

OTHER PEOPLE HAVING SAME PROBLEM:
I haven't become a member yet because I wanted to see how easy/difficult it would be for kids to use. One of the kid's Zui's completely disappeared from the login square. It's a blank blue square. We've tried to edit it and we can see some of the page underneath another page but can't seem to remove the top one. We also tried to use the "help" on the menu bar but the same thing happened. We can see the top of the "Help" life preserve under the top page but couldn't remove it to get help there. Do we need to remove Kidzui completely and download it all over again and does this happen often. I need to know before I try a membership.

Same problem we are having. I was really excited about this for my daughter and after only 2 minutes of using it we run into problems. Sucks >: (

We have sent out a fix for this bug. KidZui should automatically update next time it is restarted; otherwise, you may download the latest version from our website and re-install.
