   I am not certain why you would receive that message. However, I have attached the latest version of the KidZui installation file to this email. Please download it and double click it to install.

   Please let us know if you have any more problems.

   I figured it out. I was not signed on as the administrator on the computer I was trying to install the program. But thanks for getting back with me.
