My son is wanting to play games on this site: http://www.rainbowdressup.com .
My understanding is when you add a site - ALL the pages on that site will be accessible (this I read in the info before I paid a year subscription) - both my boys like to go to youtube and I wanted to know if they'd be able to search freely or not - anyway, the above listed site is accessible via kidzui - but all of the pages (games) within the site are blocked. This isn't the first site I've come across like this - so now I have to manually add each page he wants to play.

Is this something in the settings or is it a glitch - either way I'm very frustrated about this.

    Hello,

Regarding Youtube, if you approve the site they will be able to access it. As it stands, without approving Youtube it will not be accessible.

Regarding Rainbowdressup.com, Please make sure that you have restarted the KidZui browser after approving the site. Please also make sure that you have approved it for the correct child. On the Personalize page within the parent account you will see all your kids listed to the right, please make sure to select the one you want to approve the site for.

Please make sure that you have restarted the KidZui browser and that the site is approved for the correct child and let us know if you are still having issues.

    Thank you,

    Sean

Regarding Rainbowdressup.com - this is a site that kidzui claims is kid
friendly. It's already an accessible site - not one I added. yet, I STILL
had to go in and manually approve the pages my son wanted to play. The
pages he wanted to play are now accessible - but they should have been
accessible regardless since it's a site kidzui claims is kid-safe. What I'm
trying to say is this isn't an issue *I* am having - it's an issue kidzui is
having and should be looked into from your end of things.

    Hi Judy,

We completely respect your opinion. I would like to clarify one thing. Games from Rainbowdressup.com are only allowed in KidZui after we review them. It is not a site we trust to be completely kid friendly as it features inappropriate games from time to time. Therefore, we look at every page from Rainbowdressup.com that is allowed into KidZui. It is possible that you have been encountering pages from Rainbowdressup.com that we simply haven't reviewed yet, and this is why they are blocked.

Regardless of that, once you approve it via your parent account you shouldn't encounter any blocked pages and I have requested that our engineering department investigate this for you.

    Thank you,

    Sean
