Browser lost

we recently had a virus and had to have the computer reformatted. The browser was lost since the computer was wiped clean. How do we reactivate it and will the kids lose their stuff?

    Hello,

    Your kids will not lose anything. You simply need to download and reinstall KidZui from www.kidzui.com/download. Once installed, your kids can use their existing logins to access KidZui.
