    Hello,

Most Flash errors can be resolved by removing Adobe Flash from your system and re-installing it. To do so, please follow the steps below.

    1. Please open your web browser and go to this web site: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157.
    2. Follow the steps on the site to download the Flash Uninstaller for your system. Once you've downloaded the file, please close your web browser and run the file.
    3. Once the Flash Uninstaller has finished, please open your web browser and visit www.adobe.com. Once there, you should see a button that says ""Get Adobe Flash Player."" Click this button, and then follow the steps on the site to re-download Flash.
Note: If you're using the stand-alone version of KidZui in Windows, this step must be completed using your Internet Explorer web browser. KidZui will be unable to recognize Flash if another browser is used.
    4. Once Flash has re-installed, open KidZui again by clicking on the ""K"" icon. You should be able to access KidZui without any errors.

Please let us know if you need anymore help.

    Thanks,

    Sean
