Loading issue
I have been reading through the help discussion threads, and I consistently see other people having the same issues as me. When I open the KidZui browser and try to login, it goes to the browser screen, then I just see the rotating white circles forever. I have already tried everything they suggested (reinstall flash player, reinstall KidZui browser, disable firewalls temporarily, install from admin account, etc.). It is obvious KidZui has a persistent problem for which they do not have a solution. Please help us come up with a real solution this time, instead of repeating the same old solutions you've been giving over and over. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 3.

Hi Tim,
We appreciate your concern and understand your point. Often, the solutions we provide solve the loading issue that people experience. As KidZui is optimized for newer operating systems it is usually older ones, such as Windows XP, that experience loading issues.
With that being said, I'd like to help you solve your issue. If you are using an anti virus provider such as Norton you may want to try disabling that and seeing if KidZui loads. Also, occasionally loading issues have to do with the appearance settings you have selected in Windows. You may want to try adjusting these through your control panel. Generally, selecting an automatic option that allows Windows to determine the best display mode is recommended.
Do you use Firefox on your computer? If so, you can try installing our KidZui Firefox Add-on. This functions the same as the stand alone version of KidZui but is opened through Firefox. To install this version you can go to www.kidzui.com/download in Firefox and select the KidZui Firefox Add-on from the version list on the right.
Please let me know if any of these suggestions solve your issue. As KidZui is used by a variety of people on a variety of computers it is difficult to always provide a single solution but we are happy to help in any way we can.
Thank you,
Sean

Sean,
I tried various display settings, and continue to have the same issues.
Every so often it will randomly work for awhile, but then when I close it
and try to restart, it repeats the same issues. What else can you suggest I
try?
Tim

Hi Tim,
Thanks for your patience. Did you try the Firefox version or would you rather not go that route?
Also, I am assuming the time and date are correct on your computer. If they are not, please correct them.
Thanks again,
Sean

Yes, I tried the Firefox version, and experienced the exact same issue. I
did notice that it worked at first, until I set the option to require the
parents' password before exiting. Then it started acting up again. I unset
the option, but still have the issue. I also uninstalled, and reinstalled,
with no improvement.
And yes, the time/date are correct, within 3 seconds of US Official Time on
time.gov

Hi Tim,
I'm going to do some more research on my end to see if I can come up with a solution. Are you using any registry cleaner programs? Enabling parental controls causes changes to your registry, so a program such as a registry cleaner/management could be interfering with KidZui.
Thank you very much for your patience.

I have run a registry cleaner a few months ago, before I installed KidZui.
But I haven't run the registry cleaner since installing KidZui recently.

Hi Tim,
I'm sorry to say that I still have not been able to duplicate the issue on our end. I am using a HP laptop with Windows 7 and have managed to install and use every version of KidZui.
Have you been able to use KidZui at all or are you still encountering the same issue?
Thank you,
Sean

No, I've given up and I'm using a competing product instead. Sorry...I
don't know if it is worth struggling with anymore.
Thanks for trying.
