Why can't I log into my daughters account from another computer? For example, I am at work and wanted to print something for her from her page because I don't have a printer at home and I can't figure out how to long into her page. Please help

    Hi Sam,

    Thanks for contacting Zui.com. It sounds like you may have installed our newer version of KidZui on your second computer. The newer version of KidZui, which we call K2, does not require kids to log in to use the browser, and does not support the old Zui accounts from KidZui Classic. We still offer KidZui Classic for families who prefer that version, and you can learn how to download it by clicking here.
