Hi msdrort,
Thanks for contacting KidZui. If your "K" icon is missing from the desktop, you can search for it by following these steps:
If you're using Windows, click the Start/Windows button, then point to All Programs and look for the KidZui folder. If that folder exists, you'll find the "K" icon there. You can drag that icon to your desktop to create a new shortcut.
If you're using a Mac, you can open the Finder, then click on Applications. KidZui should be listed here. Drag the "K" icon to your applications bar or to the desktop to create a new shortcut.
If you're unable to find KidZui via the methods above, you probably don't have KidZui installed on your computer. You can download and install it via our website at http://www.kidzui.com.
