accessing kidzui from desktop

hi, l downloaded kidzui but l am unable to launch it from my desktop. when l double click the K icon on my desktop it tells me l need adobe flash plugin but my computer has flash player. what can l do?

    Hi Nqobile,

    Thanks for contacting Zui.com. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble launching KidZui. Unfortunately, Adobe Flash can be very picky about how it is installed. We've created a guide which you can follow in order to fix this error message. You'll find the guide by clicking here.

    Please make sure to follow the steps in that guide precisely, as deviation from the instructions can cause the error message to persist.

    If you continue to have trouble with KidZui, please let us know.
