Personalizing kid account
I have added 2 Websites I have approved my child to go on, but when she logs into her acct and goes to her favorites and clicks on the picture of the website it starts up but then says this website has been blocked?
Very frustrated!

Thanks for contacting Zui.com. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble approving some websites for your daughter. I'd be happy to assist.
We offer two versions of KidZui: KidZui Classic, which comes with the Toshiba laptop and includes the site approving/blocking feature, and KidZui K2, which we offer on our website and which does not include this feature currently. I see you have parent accounts set up for both versions of KidZui, so I have a feeling what's happening is you're approving the sites in KidZui Classic's parent site, but trying to access them using K2. If you are using K2, we'd be happy to review the sites you're trying to add for you.
If that's not the case, and you're trying to access them via KidZui Classic, the likely reason that they're coming up blocked is that the web site is forwarding to a new address when you attempt to access it. When approving a site in KidZui Classic, the browser looks specifically at the www.example.com portion of the address. If that site directs to something else, say site.example.com, KidZui will view that as a different website and will block it if it hasn't been approved. We recommend visiting any sites you're trying to approve for your child using your web browser and paying attention to the web address as you explore the site. Any time that portion of the web address changes, make note of it, as you'll need to approve that as well.
